Personal Safety Alert System for Workers
Person in a gray jacket holding a Personal Safety Alert System for Workers in their right hand with their thumb on the alert-button

This Personal Safety Alert System for Workers (called the Sentinel) consists of a small, wearable, Wi-Fi and GPS-equipped device with a call button and a two-way speaker that is designed to immediately connect one to a 24/7 monitoring center. When help is needed, the user simply presses the button and communicates with the center, which can reportedly receive/respond to alerts from anywhere in the U.S. and parts of Canada and Puerto Rico. For added security, the device can also be equipped with fall-detection sensors; so if one falls, an alert is automatically be sent to the monitoring center, which can pinpoint the location and summon help. The device charges on a cradle (much like a cell phone) every 6 days for 2-3 hours.
