Big Bale Stacker Wagon
The tractor-pulled Big Bale Stacker Wagon is designed to pick up, stack, then deposit eighteen 3'x3', twelve 3'x4', or eight 4'x4' bales, all automatically. Pushing a joystick mounted in the tractor cab closes the bale clamp, after which the onboard computer takes over to lift and double-stack the bales onto the receiver table, which then rises enough to slide them toward the back. When fully loaded, the bales are transferred from receiving table to stack bed, which gently lowers them to the ground (again via joystick button). The Wagon picks up bales in the same direction as the baler placed them, so there's no need to drive across ridges and tracks. It also eliminates the need to spin the bales on the ground, which otherwise picks up and packs dirt and debris.
